What people ask before the first call

What does the free pilot include?

We agree a specific use case before we start, then build a working version for your team to test with real data. That agreed pilot is free; any further development is quoted separately.

What does it cost after the pilot?

After testing, we provide a written quote for the full project. Hosting, third-party services and optional support are listed separately, so you can see the ongoing costs.

Do I need an IT department to work with you?

No. We handle setup and show your team how to use the system. We also agree any maintenance and support you need.

Which processes are worth automating?

Good candidates include transferring data between systems, preparing recurring reports, generating offers and catalogues, and tracking order status.

We assess how often the task occurs, the time it takes and the exceptions involved before recommending automation.

Who owns the software you build?

You do. Custom systems sit on your domain and your infrastructure, with no lock-in. If you stop working with us, the system keeps running and another developer can take it over.

Do you work with businesses outside Romania?

Yes. We work remotely across the EU, in English and Romanian. Discovery, delivery and support all run remotely.
